2. Study the new items in the project, analyze them, and present them to the competent authority for approval (100 Million)
3. Study the lost items and replace them with profitable items through new specifications in variation order (45 Million).

RESPONSIBILITIES and ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Negotiate, manage, and select the most suitable vendors who can supply high quality at a competitive price and short time.
2. Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies, purchasing, and sourcing to meet cost savings targets.
3. Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies to secure better prices.
4. Set policies and guidelines for delivering commercial

6. Create monthly performance reviews, reports, procurement flow charts, central follow-up, and central controlling sheet

9. Preparing agreements, determining the subcontractors' work scope, and submitting approval.
10. Manage the preparation and submission for the supplier, subcontractor, and material-technical submittal.
11. Manage foreign correspondence and foreign purchases and follow the required documents.
12. Support the Cost Control Department with the related information to support the project Variation Orders
13. Manage the communications plan with the consultant, Vendors, and Subcontractors
14. Evaluating Suppliers and sub-contractors
15. Create, coordinate with the Planner, and Monitor the Procurement schedule
16. Ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliance in all procurement transactions.
17. Attracting and approving international companies to work on the project in specialized items such as the ETFE system, fossil skeleton, and float sphere.
18. Obtain the maximum benefit and meet objectives related to cost, delivery, schedule, and quality
