Head of Learning Support / Inclusion – The Sultan’s School, Oman The Sultan’s School seeks to appoint an experienced and inspirational Head of Learning Support / Inclusion to lead its Secondary Additional Support provision from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate inclusion specialist with energy, expertise and leadership ambition to make a real difference to students across the Secondary School. You will lead the development of personalised support for students with learning and language needs, working closely with teachers, leaders, parents and external agencies. The role will also provide an opportunity to shape and strengthen inclusive practice across the school, supporting staff through guidance and CPD and ensuring students receive the right provision to achieve their potential. We are looking for someone who: - Is an experienced and inspirational Learning Support / Inclusion practitioner - Brings energy, expertise, empathy and leadership - Can develop high-quality, personalised provision for students with additional learning and language needs - Can support and develop teachers through advice, collaboration and CPD - Has strong assessment, progress-tracking and student-monitoring skills - Builds positive relationships with students, parents and external agencies - Can contribute strategically to school improvement and raise the profile of Inclusion across the school and wider community - Is collaborative, culturally aware and committed to the wider life of the school Requirements: Minimum 2 years post-qualifying teaching experience; Bachelor’s degree closely related to your teaching subject; recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent; under 60 years of age due to visa restrictions.
