Key Responsibilities: Attend to customers and handle counter sales. Identify and sell the correct auto spare parts as per customer requirements. Prepare quotations, invoices, and process billing. Handle cash, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation. Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team. Handle sales returns and customer complaints. Maintain accurate sales and cash records. Achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain good customer service and product knowledge.
