Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily orders.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations.
Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
Handle order processing, wrapping, and delivery coordination.
Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Handle social media orders (WhatsApp / Instagram)
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in floristry or retail preferred.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle high-end/custom floral designs is a plus
Basic knowledge of flower care and handling
