To provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Electricity Distribution & Supply, Water &
Wastewater companies to achieve operational excellence. Working closely with the relevant
subsidiaries’ CEOs and senior operations leadership teams to improve technical, operational,
commercial and financial performance and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and
performance standards. Spearhead the strategic sourcing and procurement for Nama Holding and
Nama Group with an annual expenditure over OMR 400 million. Oversee Nama Group's Business
Resilience and Continuity, Crisis Management, and Information Security for a total asset base of over
OMR 6 billion. Provide strategic oversight for the overall Group's service reliability, in line with Nama
Group long-term strategic vision, and in compliance with established legal and regulatory
requirements.
