CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING

Minimum Requirements

Advanced university degree in international development, economics, business administration, international relations, agriculture, environmental sciences, public policy, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in partnership development, resource mobilization, donor relations, programme or project development and management, stakeholder engagement, or a related area.
Working knowledge of English and Arabic.
National of Oman or resident of the country with a valid work permit.

Technical/Functional Skills

Extensive experience in project/programme management and coordination, preferably within the agriculture or development sector.

Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
