Job description

We are seeking an organized, English-speaking Omani National to join our team on-site on a full-time basis. This role serves as the central hub of our daily business operations. You will manage team tasks, utilize Odoo ERP for data entry and purchasing forecasts, and strictly follow up on outstanding accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

Odoo Data Entry & Purchasing Forecasts

• ERP Data Management: Execute all data entry operations directly within Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting).
• Inventory Forecasting: Analyze Odoo historic sales and usage reports to generate accurate material or product purchasing forecasts.
• Vendor Management: Draft purchase orders within Odoo and coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers.

Account Follow-Ups & Finance

• Accounts Receivable: Review aging debtor reports in Odoo and systematically follow up with clients on overdue invoices.
• Accounts Payable: Cross-check vendor invoices against delivery notes before logging them for final payment approval.

Team Management & Communication

• Task Tracking: Monitor internal team task completion timelines and report progress directly to management.
• Fluent Communication: Conduct all internal and external coordination.

Skills

Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality: Omani National.
• Software Expertise: Odoo ERP software
• Language Proficiency: Fluent, business-levelEnglish is mandatory.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site at our office in Misfah
• Driving License: Required
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or IT.
