� We're Hiring: Utility DCS Operator

We're looking for an experienced Utility DCS Operator to join our operations team. If you have hands-on experience operating DCS-based utility systems in a continuous process, chemical, polymer, or power plant environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently operate and monitor large DCS-based utility systems during shift operations.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot utility systems, including:

  • Air Compressors & Air Distribution

  • Nitrogen Generation (PSA & Pure Nitrogen)

  • Chilled Water Systems

  • Demineralized (DM) Water Systems

  • Steam Generation & Distribution

  • Heating Media (HTM) Systems

  • Cooling Tower Systems

  • Natural Gas Systems

  • HVAC/Air Conditioning Systems

  • Fire Hydrant & Fire Protection Systems

• Monitor equipment performance, record operational data, and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate equipment start-up and shutdown activities with the production team.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across utility areas.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, government regulations, and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 documentation requirements.

• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience operating DCS-based utility systems in continuous process industries such as chemical, polymer, power, or manufacturing plants.

• Strong troubleshooting and operational knowledge of utility equipment.

• Good understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management systems.

• Willingness to work in rotating shift operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in utility management or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a utility operation or relevant industrial environment.

• Experience with SCADA systems and process control technology is essential for efficient operational management.
