Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Mechanical Engineering Manager / Site Manager

Job Details

Number of Vacancies: 55 Positions

Salary Range: OMR PHONE_NUMBER per month

Work Location: All governorates of Oman except Dhofar (Preference will be given to applicants from the local governorate)

Job Purpose

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical maintenance and installation activities across site operations. The role ensures that mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and installation activities on site.
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure proper execution of work plans.
• Monitor performance of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on time.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and technical specifications are met.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical faults and breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for maintenance planning.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work logs.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support training and guidance of junior technicians and workers.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree only in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

Practical Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates only)

No prior experience required.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance, and equipment operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.
• Team management and task organization skills.

Working Conditions

• Site-based and operational work environment.
• May require field supervision and outdoor work.
• Standard working hours with possible overtime depending on project needs.
