Roles & Responsibilities
Master s or bachelor s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or social support services.
Sound understanding of psychological theories and counseling methodologies.
Knowledge of developmental, behavioral, emotional, and social challenges among college students.
Familiarity with the educational and cultural context of Oman
Awareness of legal and ethical considerations related to student counseling and confidentiality.
