Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships within key accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account stakeholders, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Holds certifications in Sales Management or Account Management (e.g., CSM, CAM) is a plus.
  • Demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar sales role.
  • Experience within the [Industry: e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Finance] industry is highly preferred.
