Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and client acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ employees, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team productivity.
Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and recommend growth strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Support recruitment, training, and team development as the business expands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (preferably an MBA) will be an added advantage.
10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management, preferably in real estate. Candidates from other sales-driven industries may also be considered.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing teams of 5 or more employees.
Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, client relationship, and marketing skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic will be an added advantage.
Prior work experience in Oman is highly preferred, with familiarity with the local market considered a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
