Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and client acquisition.

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ employees, ensuring high performance and accountability.

  • Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team productivity.

  • Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads.

  • Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and recommend growth strategies.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and provide regular updates to management.

  • Support recruitment, training, and team development as the business expands.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (preferably an MBA) will be an added advantage.

  • 10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management, preferably in real estate. Candidates from other sales-driven industries may also be considered.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing teams of 5 or more employees.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, client relationship, and marketing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic will be an added advantage.

  • Prior work experience in Oman is highly preferred, with familiarity with the local market considered a plus.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
