Roles & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of residential buildings, utility systems, and associated facilities.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements before failures occur.
Carry out minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and building systems.
Maintain lighting systems, distribution boards, switches, sockets, and associated electrical equipment.
Repair plumbing fixtures, water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary installations.
Assist in maintenance of HVAC systems including split units, VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
Perform basic mechanical maintenance on pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
Carry out furniture repairs, minor carpentry works, and maintenance of interior fixtures and fittings.
Support maintenance of swimming pools, fountains, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, gardens, and external facilities.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance activities.
Follow all HSE, security, and access-control procedures within the residence.
AC TECHNICIAN:
TESDA NC III in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC) OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Strong knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, CCUs, VRF Systems, Central Plant Equipment
Brazing, compressor replacement, HVAC troubleshooting, and PPM experience
Experience in building services, facilities management, stadiums, or oil & gas facilities
ELECTRICIAN:
TESDA NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Knowledge of MCC Panels, DBs, SMDBs, UPS Systems, Generators, and LV Systems
Strong troubleshooting and PPM experience
Experience in commercial buildings, stadiums, facilities management, or industrial plants
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN:
TESDA NC III in Electronics Products Assembly & Servicing OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience with CCTV, BMS, PA Systems, Access Control Systems, Sliding Gates, and ELV Systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
FIRE ALRAM TECHNICIAN:
TESDA NC III in Electrical/Electronics Technology or Fire Detection Systems OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience in Addressable & Conventional Fire Alarm Systems, FM-200, Deluge Systems, Foam Systems, Fire Fighting Control Panels, Access Control Systems, UPS and DC Systems
Strong fault-finding and preventive maintenance experience
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:
TESDA NC III in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanics, OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience with CHW Pumps, Cooling Tower Gearboxes, Motors, Rotating Equipment, and Pump Alignment
Strong troubleshooting and PPM knowledge
PLUMBER
TESDA NC III in Plumbing OR equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience in plumbing systems, sanitary installations, water supply networks, drainage systems, and PPR piping works
Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and documentation skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified with TESDA NC Level III or II in any of the following trades: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Fire Alarm Systems, Mechanical, Plumbing, or an equivalent trade.
The Technician must have minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in luxury residences, palaces, embassies, hotels, stadiums, commercial buildings, facilities management, oil & gas, or high-profile properties.
Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of a property.
The role covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
Full-time position based at a property, on-call availability for emergency maintenance requirements.
Work includes indoor and outdoor environments, may involve lifting, climbing ladders, and physical maintenance tasks
