Position Summary We are seeking experienced Cold Room & Refrigeration Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cold room and refrigeration systems. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of refrigeration equipment, maintain temperature-controlled environments, and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair cold rooms, refrigeration units, and cooling systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections. Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, and temperature controls. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Maintain maintenance records and service reports. Respond to emergency breakdowns and support operational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Technical Certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering . 3+ years of experience in cold room and refrigeration system maintenance. Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems. Experience handling refrigerants and refrigeration troubleshooting. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications HVAC/Refrigeration certification or trade license. Experience in cold storage facilities, food processing plants, warehouses, or commercial refrigeration systems. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
