Position: AM/DM Company Secretary & Legal
Location: Salalah, Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate compliance, statutory filings, and governance requirements
- Prepare board meeting documents, resolutions, and maintain records
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely compliance
- Provide legal and secretarial support to management
Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary /LLB relevant legal qualification
- Experience in corporate laws, compliance, and contract management
- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
