Roles & Responsibilities

Position: AM/DM Company Secretary & Legal
Location: Salalah, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate compliance, statutory filings, and governance requirements
  • Prepare board meeting documents, resolutions, and maintain records
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documentation
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely compliance
  • Provide legal and secretarial support to management

Requirements:

  • Qualified Company Secretary /LLB relevant legal qualification
  • Experience in corporate laws, compliance, and contract management
  • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
