? Hiring: Operations Manager - Drilling & Rig Equipment Maintenance ?
? Oman | Full-Time | Permanent (Non-Rotational)

We are currently working with a leading oil and gas client, to hire an experienced Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and workshop operations for drilling and rig equipment in Oman.

This is a senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to oversee a large-scale workshop and drive operational excellence across a high-performing team.

Requirements:
Strong experience in drilling / rig equipment maintenanceProven leadership experience managing large teams (50+ personnel)In-depth knowledge of API Q1 and ASME standards (essential)Background in oilfield services or drilling contractorsStrong operational, planning, and people management skills


Estimated pay: OMR 2,500-3,000 pm (Basic & Housing Allowances combined) + Company Car + Family Medical Insurance + Family Flights Annually + Family Visa + Bonus (performance based, discretionary)

*Salary budget in USD $6.5K to 7.8K pm
