Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wooden pallet and wood product sales.

  • Identify and secure new customers in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, packaging, and retail sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industrial customers.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.

  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular market visits across Muscat and other regions of Oman.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain sales records, forecasts, and customer databases.

  • Follow up on payments and customer collections.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quality service standards.

  • Lead and support the sales team when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wooden pallets, timber trading, packaging, building materials, or related industry.

  • Good knowledge of the Oman market, especially Muscat and industrial sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Valid Oman/GCC driving license preferred.

  • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
