Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wooden pallet and wood product sales.
Identify and secure new customers in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, packaging, and retail sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industrial customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits across Muscat and other regions of Oman.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain sales records, forecasts, and customer databases.
Follow up on payments and customer collections.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quality service standards.
Lead and support the sales team when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wooden pallets, timber trading, packaging, building materials, or related industry.
Good knowledge of the Oman market, especially Muscat and industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Valid Oman/GCC driving license preferred.
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
