Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing of Industrial Electrical Products. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to MV/HV Switchgear and Transmission & Distribution Equipment, with proven experience in handling Contractors, EPC companies, OEMs, retailers, consultants, and utility companies.
Develop new key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Promote and market industrial electrical products to Contractors, EPCs, OEMs, retailers, and utility companies
Prepare techno-commercial offers and handle tender scrutiny, contract review, and enquiries
Conduct negotiations and finalize commercial orders
Coordinate with internal service teams for installation guidance and after-sales support
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies
Achieve monthly sales, invoicing, and collection targets
Liaise with overseas principals, consultants, contractors, and end users for business development activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of MV/HV Switchgear and T&D equipment
Techno-commercial proposal preparation and tender handling
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Key account management and business development
Sales target achievement and payment collection follow-up
5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical product sales
Gulf market exposure preferred
