Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the ELV & ICT Solutions division, aligning with overall company objectives to achieve market dominance.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and proposal development to successful project execution and handover, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue generation and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, securing contracts, and managing budgets effectively, focusing on high-value projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
• Possess relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Avaya), showcasing commitment to professional development.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience within the ELV & ICT industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Extensive experience in the Middle East market is preferred; understanding the unique business landscape and client requirements.
