Job description
Pipeline and Tank Constructions SPC is seeking a Contact Center Representative to handle incoming calls and coordinate communication between clients and project teams. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, routing calls to appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate call logs. The position reports to the Administration Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries regarding project status, service availability, and general company information
- Route calls to the appropriate project managers, engineers, or administrative staff
- Take accurate messages and ensure delivery to the intended recipient
- Maintain a log of incoming calls and track unresolved inquiries
- Assist clients with basic questions about company services and project locations
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain updates for client queries
- Follow up on pending client requests as directed by supervisors
- Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders or information verification as needed
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and customer service standards at all times
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or office administration is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or reception role
- Clear speaking voice and professional telephone manner
- Good verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling multiple calls
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail when taking messages
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
