Job description

Micro Business Solutions LLC is seeking a Client Advisor to assist clients with business setup, document processing, and administrative support services. This role is responsible for guiding clients through service offerings, answering inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests. The position reports to the Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding business setup services, document processing, and administrative solutions
  • Provide accurate information on service packages, pricing, requirements, and processing timelines
  • Guide clients through the completion of application forms and required documentation
  • Review client documents for completeness and accuracy before submission to processing teams
  • Coordinate with internal departments including legal, PRO (Public Relations Officer), and administration to track client requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and document logs in the company database
  • Prepare and send quotations, service confirmations, and invoices to clients
  • Follow up with clients on pending documentation or payments as needed
  • Provide regular status updates to clients on their service requests
  • Escalate complex client concerns to the Client Services Manager


Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client advisory, customer service, or administrative support role, preferably in business setup, PRO services, or consultancy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
  • Knowledge of business setup or government documentation processes in Oman is an advantage
