Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities


  • General Cleaning: Dust furniture, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors, and polish surfaces.
  • Sanitization: Deep clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas like door handles and light switches.
  • Room Prep & Laundry: Make beds, change linens, wash, fold, and iron laundry.
  • Restocking: Ensure areas are fully stocked with toiletries, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to management.
  • Customer Service: Address visitor or guest requests politely and professionally


Preferred candidate profile


  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy loads (typically 2535 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and occupational safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is generally preferred
