- Prepare detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
