Roles & Responsibilities

Attend to client s needs in a timely, cost effective and confidential manner.

Prepare preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams and client.

Maintain project assets, communications and related database.

Meet project requirements through appropriate data gathering tools and methods

Update the project team on project/client status and issues that may impact client relations.

Provide ongoing project administration support in the delivery of the assigned projects.

Participate in multiple cross functional projects at the same time within the consulting department as per the predefined timelines and milestones.

Fulfill assigned projects and internal processes as per the predefined policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal customers to deliver agreed upon requirements, through the timely and accurate documentation and effective management of partners to meet key deliverables

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Skills:

MS Powepoint, Excel & MS Visio proficiency.

Collaboration and team orientation.

Relationship and influencing skills with stakeholders.

Effective presentation skills.

Self-reliant.

Interpersonal skills and self-awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor s degree in HR or any relevant field along with a sound understanding and experience in HR principles and practices; Master s Degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in HR Consultancy

Developed track of record in at least one or more of the following areas: HR strategy, cultural change management, organizational development, Reward Management, HRIS , Talent Management and ER
