Sales & Revenue: Meeting monthly revenue goals through proactive upselling and maximising fleet utilisation.
Contract Management: Executing rental agreements and extensions while ensuring they are legally sound.
Fleet Logistics: Executing precise vehicle inspections (check-in/out) via checklists and damage assessment.
Financial Control: Managing invoicing, sundry debt collection, and fine recovery.
Operations & Data: Maintaining real-time system entries for receipts, payments, and clerical administration.
Issue Resolution: Handling customer queries and resolving operational bottlenecks or disputes.
Skills & Attributes
Interpersonal: Persuasive communication and conflict resolution.
Organisational: High-speed multitasking and schedule management.
Analytical: Attention to detail in damage reports and fine tracking.
Administrative: Accurate data entry and professional phone etiquette.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: Graduation and above.
Age Group:25 to 35.
Experience: 2+ years in Car Rental or Automotive Leasing.
