Roles & Responsibilities
Cover assigned territory as per daily route plan and visit retail outlets regularly
Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned area
Ensure availability of all key products (MSL) across outlets
Execute merchandising standards, product visibility, and promotions
Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and monitor expiry dates
Handle customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales
Support product listings and expansion into new outlets
Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback
Coordinate with delivery and merchandising teams for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of FMCG field sales experience in Oman
Experience in route sales / van sales / presales roles
Ability to cover 10–20+ outlets daily
Experience handling General Trade (GT); Modern Trade (MT) exposure is a plus
Experience in sales and/or collections (cash/cheque)
Strong understanding of route planning, merchandising, and product availability
Experience in managing or coordinating with 3–4 merchandisers is preferred
Good knowledge of Oman market (Muscat and surrounding areas preferred)
Valid Oman driving license (mandatory)
Candidates with 10–15 days notice period or immediate availability preferred
