Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime for users.

  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects, contributing technical expertise to ensure successful execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role within a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux for comprehensive support.
