Roles & Responsibilities
Read and implement construction drawings and specifications.
Supervise daily construction activities on site.
Ensure work follows quality standards and design requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Monitor project progress and report to project manager.
Check materials quality and approve usage on site.
Ensure health and safety rules are followed.
Solve technical issues during construction work.
Maintain site records, reports and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Oman residential villa projects.
Preference will be given to locally available candidates in Oman.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Understanding of site execution and construction methods.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
Problem solving and decision-making ability on site.
Willingness to work full-time on construction site locations.
