Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and streamline operations.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with strategic business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA to validate expertise in financial management.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., manufacturing, retail, tech) is highly desirable.
