Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, employing rigorous change control processes and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and high performance.
  • Oversee the development and execution of detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress tracking, using project management tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues to stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings, building trust and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies, proactively managing governance and quality assurance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Electrical Engineering Graduate

  2. 8+ Years of Experience in ELV Systems, CCTV, and Security System Automation
