Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, encompassing all EPC phases, ensuring alignment with project scope and contractual obligations.
  • Proactively monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, analyzing variances, identifying critical path activities, and providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead schedule risk analysis sessions, incorporating Monte Carlo simulations and other techniques to assess potential schedule impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather and validate progress data, ensuring schedule accuracy and reflecting real-world project activities.
  • Manage and control schedule changes through a formal change management process, assessing the impact of scope changes, delays, and other events.
  • Prepare and present schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery plans to project management, clients, and other relevant parties, communicating complex information clearly and concisely.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

  2. 7+ Years of Experience in EPC Oil & Gas Projects
