Role & responsibilities
responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress tracking, resource planning, and coordination to ensure timely execution of construction activities. The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project and experience in large-scale residential/commercial tower projects.
- Prepare baseline schedules, master construction programs, and detailed work schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and compare actual progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Develop look-ahead schedules and recovery plans to mitigate project delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams for schedule alignment.
Preferred candidate profile --
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Additional qualification in Construction Management is preferred.
- 5 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for high-rise building projects.
- GCC/Middle East experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with project control systems, delay analysis, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies for high-rise residential/commercial towers.
