Job Responsibilities:
* Business Development: - Identify and approach potential customers.
- Preparation and submission of daily / monthly sales report.
- Achieving monthly targets assigned through selling of general insurance products.
- Upselling and cross-selling to customers to maximize sales.
- Aim to preserve customers and improve persistency.
Skills
Required Skills to be successful
- Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in (Business Administration / Commerce).
- Experience: Should have 3-5 years of general insurance experience with existing portfolio.
- Job-Specific Skills: Familiarity with Insurance business.
- Behavioural Competencies: Good selling skills, good presentation skills & excellent communication skills.
