Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Ensure consistent operations, service quality, and brand standards

  2. Drive profitability by managing costs and achieving sales targets

  3. Lead daily operations and execute business strategies across stores

  4. Enhance customer experience and resolve issues professionally

  5. Develop, coach, and manage high-performing teams

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

  7. Support marketing activities and lead new menu launches

Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or in a multi-unit leadership role within F&B operations

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing restaurant/store operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience with ERP/POS systems, inventory control, and cost management tools

  • Strong background in driving operational efficiency, food quality standards, and service excellence
