Ensure consistent operations, service quality, and brand standards

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or in a multi-unit leadership role within F&B operations
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing restaurant/store operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience with ERP/POS systems, inventory control, and cost management tools
Strong background in driving operational efficiency, food quality standards, and service excellence
