Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

  2. Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare institutions across Oman.

  3. Expand the company’s market share in medical consumables and healthcare products.

  4. Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and business development strategies.

  5. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  6. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  7. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with healthcare facilities.

  8. Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and revenue analysis.

  9. Develop strong relationships with doctors, procurement departments, biomedical teams, pharmacists, and hospital management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid GCC driving license (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Requirement)

  • 5–7 years of healthcare sales experience

  • GCC experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
