Roles & Responsibilities

  • Paint mixing and tinting as per customer requirements

  • Assist in raising LPOs and MRQs based on operational needs

  • Manage counter sales and handle customer inquiries

  • Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records with proper documentation

  • Organize showroom/store products with proper labeling and price tagging

  • Assist in loading, unloading, and delivery of materials

  • Support showroom, warehouse, and daily operational activities

  • Assist in billing, cash/card handling, and system data entry for sales, stock, and customer records

Salary: Up to OMR 200 per month


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Assistant to join our Paints & Coating Systems division. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling store operations, material deliveries, and customer support activities efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge in paint and coating systems.

  • Valid Oman driving license is mandatory

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills

  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting paint cans and materials

  • Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking personality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Available for immediate joining
