Role Purpose:
To identify, develop, and commercialize emerging enterprise products and digital solutions by transforming innovation concepts into market?ready offerings, enabling new revenue streams and supporting Omantel s enterprise growth agenda.

Key Accountabilities
- Scan market and technology trends to identify new enterprise product opportunities
- Evaluate innovations across IoT, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, smart solutions, and digital platforms
- Build structured opportunity pipelines aligned to enterprise strategy
- Translate innovation ideas into structured product concepts
- Define use cases, target segments, and value propositions
- Develop product business cases and commercialization pathways
- Prepare emerging products for market launch
- Define packaging, pricing inputs, and positioning narratives
- Enable Sales and Segment teams with launch toolkits
- Lead pilot deployments and proof of concept initiatives
- Validate product feasibility, scalability, and customer adoption
- Capture insights to refine product positioning
- Transition successful pilots into scalable commercial offerings
- Support growth acceleration through structured GTM programs
- Drive early stage revenue realization
- Collaborate with: Customer Solutions, Connectivity Solutions, Segment Marketing & Solutions Delivery
- Ensure emerging products integrate into enterprise solution portfolios
- Identify technology partners enabling emerging solutions
- Support co-development and innovation partnerships
- Manage third-party product dependencies
- Build ROI models and investment cases for new products
- Monitor commercialization costs and revenue viability
- Ensure scalable profitability
- Transition mature emerging products into core product portfolios
- Hand over stabilized offerings to Product Portfolio teams
- Ensure lifecycle continuity
- Track adoption rates, pilot success metrics, and revenue contribution
- Identify scale barriers and corrective actions
- Provide performance reporting to SM Growth Portfolio

Minimum role requirements:
Bachelor in relevant discipline
Internal Applicants: 4 years of relevant experience
