Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities :
- Design cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, and virtualization layers
- Support private, hybrid, and edge cloud architecture models
- Ensure cloud platforms enable automation, scalability, and service agility
- Lead design of core network domains including packet core, IMS, and voice platforms
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and traffic resilience
- Support evolution toward cloud native and software defined core networks
- Design Network Function Virtualization (NFV) environments
- Support VNF/CNF onboarding across TelCo Cloud platforms
- Ensure interoperability between virtual and physical network layers
- Translate traffic forecasts into core and cloud capacity design plans
- Ensure infrastructure scalability for data growth and 5G evolution
- Prevent performance bottlenecks
- Support transformation from legacy core platforms to cloud native architectures
- Lead infrastructure consolidation and rationalization programs
- Align modernization with technology roadmaps
- Enforce infrastructure design standards and architectural principles
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and resilience requirements
- Maintain documentation of approved design frameworks
- Align cloud and core designs with: Transport networks, Access networks, Digital platforms IT systems)
- Ensure end to end service architecture integrity
- Provide technical inputs for CAPEX planning and infrastructure investments
- Validate cost, scalability, and performance tradeoffs
- Support ROI driven design decisions
- Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud native, AI infrastructure, edge computing)
- Support future service enablement through advanced infrastructure design
- Drive adoption of automation and orchestration platforms

Minimum role requirements:
Bachelor in relevant discipline
