Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs, including load calculations, ductwork layouts, and equipment specifications to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
• Conduct energy modeling and analysis to recommend sustainable solutions that comply with local codes and industry standards, enhancing building efficiency.
• Prepare and present design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to stakeholders for review and approval throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HVAC principles and systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC design, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethical practice.
• Experience with green building certifications (e.g., LEED) or energy efficiency programs, reflecting an understanding of sustainable design practices.
