Roles & Responsibilities
Resolve system problems and configure OS and applications software programs
Evaluate problems with printers and computers and creatively develop solutions.
Provide administrative support for windows operations systems and network servers.
Provide support and work with ICT Helpdesk Admin team on installations and configurations.
Perform numerous troubleshooting calls on users laptops and desktops used in MDC environment.
Hardware and software configuration, email sync, desktop utility, and support.
Observe proper security policy and MDC compliance.
Answer phone and email inquiries.
Utilize RDP for desktop support issues for office in all locations.
Run diagnostics on both desktop and laptop to pinpoint the problem and correct any issues.
Determine network usage, disk space availability, and devices functions.
Train ICT Helpdesk Admins and any new joiner.
Manage ICT inventory.
Connect computers and to MDC network.
Assist all ICT teams.
Calculate statistics on help desk tickets and compile monthly reports
Solve technical issues with users workstations, laptops, and electronic equipment.
Provide troubleshooting and maintain printers.
Maintain company computers and printers.
Perform initial setup and continuous maintenance of users devices.
Provide technical support and expertise related to computer technology to all users.
Troubleshoot network and computer issues.
Perform hardware and software maintenance.
Troubleshoot and correct hardware/software.
Assist with the maintenance and operation of workstations.
Monitor and operate computer equipment and Handheld, perform routine maintenance that includes cleaning hardware.
Provide assistance to the ICT department in updating and replacing desktop hardware and software.
Resolved problems regarding hardware, software, connectivity and recommended new technologies as needed.
Remove and replace defective hardware components.
Support includes specifications, installations and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Level Minimum Requirement
Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
Courses in networking preferred
Work Experience
2 years of experience in a same field.
Job Specific Skills
Good knowledge of IT design and its components.
Assist in the development of IT plans and their implementation.
