Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Omantel s corporate brand identity and ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels
  • Safeguard brand guidelines and ensure adherence across internal and external communications
  • Support initiatives that strengthen Omantel s brand positioning and visibility
  • Implement corporate branding strategies aligned with Omantel s strategic positioning
  • Ensure brand messaging reflects corporate priorities, values, and innovation leadership
  • Coordinate brand initiatives supporting corporate campaigns and corporate programs
  • Develop and implement Omantel s CSR initiatives aligned with national priorities and community development goals
  • Ensure CSR programs create meaningful social impact and strengthen Omantel s corporate reputation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives
  • Build partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and community organizations for CSR initiatives
  • Ensure CSR programs address key societal priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Promote Omantel s role in supporting social and economic development
  • Support execution of corporate branding campaigns and corporate communication initiatives
  • Ensure brand alignment across sponsorships, events, and community programs
  • Coordinate brand activation activities that strengthen public perception of Omantel
  • Maintain brand governance frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate brand standards
  • Monitor brand usage across internal departments and external partners
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across marketing, digital, and media platforms
  • Track and report CSR program outcomes and community impact
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of Omantel s CSR contributions
  • Support preparation of CSR reporting and sustainability communications
  • Coordinate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Support alignment between CSR initiatives and corporate communications strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR initiatives across the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum role requirements:

Bachelor in relevant discipline

Experience:

Internal Applicants: 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position.

External Applicants: 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position.
