Key Accountabilities:
- Define enterprise growth portfolio priorities aligned with corporate strategy
- Identify high?potential solution domains (e.g., cloud, IoT, AI, cybersecurity, smart solutions)
- Establish structured growth roadmaps and commercialization pathways
- Incubate and scale emerging enterprise products and digital solutions
- Identify whitespace opportunities across SME and Large Enterprise markets
- Drive monetization models and revenue realization frameworks
- Manage growth solutions from concept launch scale maturity
- Fast?track adoption of high?potential offerings
- Optimize lifecycle performance and retirement of underperforming solutions
- Introduce new digital and ICT solution innovations
- Support entry into adjacent enterprise technology domains
- Drive diversification of enterprise revenue mix
- Translate innovation concepts into commercially viable offerings
- Enable Sales through structured GTM frameworks
- Support pilot launches, proof?of?concepts, and early deployments
- Collaborate with: Customer Solutions, Connectivity Solutions, Segment Marketing & Enterprise Sales
- Ensure growth solutions align to segment demand and sales readiness
- Identify strategic technology and solution partners
- Support joint solution development and co?innovation
- Expand enterprise ecosystem capabilities
- Build business cases and ROI models for new growth initiatives
- Monitor portfolio investment performance
- Ensure profitability scalability of emerging solutions

Bachelor s degree in related field
Experience:
External Applicant: 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
