Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve assigned financial and revenue targets in line with the transaction banking business plan.

Drive sales and utilization of transaction banking products including CIB, RDC, corporate credit cards, and cash management solutions.

Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation and profitability.

Support the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market penetration and wallet share.

Identify and acquire new corporate, SME, and semi-government clients within target market segments.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote transaction banking solutions.

Develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.

Manage and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term business retention and growth.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their transaction banking requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.

Conduct regular client visits to identify opportunities for cross-selling and service enhancement.

Promote and cross-sell transaction banking products and other banking services including POS, trade finance, treasury, retail, and insurance products.

Support integrated solution selling to maximize client value and increase product penetration.

Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and increase utilization of digital banking channels.

Drive digital transformation initiatives by promoting migration from manual banking processes to digital channels.

Educate clients on the benefits, security, and operational efficiency of digital banking solutions.

Support onboarding, implementation, and activation of transaction banking platforms and services.

Monitor product utilization trends and recommend initiatives to improve customer adoption and engagement.

Provide high-quality and professional customer service to corporate clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of transaction banking services.

Maintain service quality standards in line with bank policies and customer expectations.

Drive continuous process improvement through innovative, automated, and digital solutions once required

Ensure adherence to the bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all operational activities.

Continually update oneself through knowledge acquisition, on-the-job training, or project involvement; advocate and support others to do the same.

Desired Candidate Profile

Omani Nationals Only

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.

3 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or related roles.
