Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects across CNS Oman by managing schedules, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with CNS standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project managers in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports for CNS projects in Oman.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, record decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure timely closure.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate any deviations from plan to the project manager.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including scope documents, approvals, change requests, meeting notes, and progress updates in the designated repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service delivery, sales, procurement, finance, logistics) to support timely execution of project activities.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on routine coordination matters, scheduling, document submissions, and implementation updates.
- Support procurement and logistics follow-up for project materials, licenses, hardware, software, and third-party services, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Assist with project financial administration, including monitoring purchase requests, invoices, cost records, and ensuring supporting documents are complete for billing.
- Prepare regular project dashboards and summary reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and upcoming milestones.
- Support testing, handover, customer acceptance, and project closure activities, including collection of sign-offs and preparation of lessons learned.
