Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join Huawei Oman, focusing on the Financial and/or Government sectors. You will be responsible for client expansion, channel development, and end-to-end sales execution in the local market.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key clients in the Financial/Government sectors in Oman
  • Lead key account projects, coordinate internal and external resources to drive deal closure
  • Manage local channel partners and vendors (Vendor) for business development and project delivery
  • Drive sales of Western OEM products and solutions, identify industry needs, and achieve sales targets
  • Define regional sales strategies, lead the team to penetrate target industries, and build benchmark projects


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of relevant working experience; Oman-based candidates preferred
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and business practices
  • Proven experience working with channels and vendors (Vendor) in the Government and/or Financial sectors
  • Previous experience with Western OEM brands (e.g., Cisco, Dell, IBM, etc.)
  • Solid track record in B2B sales within Financial/Government industries
  • Sales team management experience; previous Sales Leader role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; familiar with Omani business culture
  • Ability to independently manage large-scale Government/Financial projects
