Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives and expand our presence in the laboratory equipment market in Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify market opportunities through trend and competitor analysis
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions
Manage the sales pipeline and lead end-to-end sales processes
Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product)
Mentor and support sales team members to enhance performance
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Chemistry, or related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Proven sales experience in laboratory equipment or related industry
Strong technical knowledge with ability to simplify complex concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and sales data interpretation
Valid Oman driving license (mandatory)
Arabic language proficiency preferred
