Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise masonry work, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Skillfully build and repair structures using various materials like brick, concrete, and stone, paying close attention to structural integrity.
  • Supervise and guide a team of masons, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality craftsmanship.
  • Precisely measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant vocational qualification or certification in masonry, showcasing specialized training.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in masonry, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials, ensuring versatility.
