Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and installation procedures with precision.
  • Assemble and fit steel structures, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity using advanced welding techniques.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of fabricated components to identify defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide technical insights that enhance project execution and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in steel fitting or a closely related field.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications, such as AWS or ASME, demonstrating welding proficiency and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of structural steel design and related materials, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
